I love Beth Ditto.

One of the things that blew my mind tonight at the Hammer Museum. I saw this woman speak, among other amazing people. She is working on this thing called the Allosphere where artists and scientists have come together to create a new language through technology to understand complex data systems. She later said during the Q&A that society is on the verge of a new renaissance, where technology is allowing humans to evolve to a new level of consciousness. And according to another speaker did you know that we have been evolving exponentially?!  (ok, my facts might be off on this. this could be a hyperbole but the rate at which we have is amazing.) I think I have just been convinced to get a Twitter account.
